Gary WorkmanOSP EVOC Instructor, Retired

Gary was honorably
retired after 27 years with the Oregon State Police. He was the Department's
primary Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) instructor and coordinator from 1995-2005. Gary
a certified DPSST instructor and has taught for many years. He assisted in setting up the state
Haz-mat response EVOC training after 9/11. He is a certified state of Oregon driving instructor.
Gary currently works with DPSST as an EVOC instructor.
