Gary has been a crash
reconstructionist for over twenty years. He was one of the first nationally accredited reconstructionist
in the state of Oregon and has taught at all levels of government and in the private sector. For the past 6
years he has been the program manager of the reconstruction program for the Oregon State Police, in addition
to being the Assistant Director of the Patrol Division. After 27 years with the OSP, we are fortunate to
have Gary working with us to make the world a better, safer place.
