Bryan began
his career in 1993 with the US Army. He was immediately promoted to the HQ Battalion
in the S-3 Driver Division. This was his first taste of formal On/Off Street Driver Training.
As a Driving Specialist, Bryan drove a Humvee in various hostile environments. This driving included
the use of Night Vision Goggles at full speed with zero moonlight. He studied the art of driving
in extreme rugged terrain, in various weather conditions. This included reconnaissance missions,
operating foreign observations, gathering intelligence, and leading convoys through enemy territories.
Through this experience and training, he developed a passion for driving.
In 1997, Bryan graduated with honors from the Police Academy. After serving as a Deputy for the
Marion County Sheriffs Office, he decided to work in the private sector. Bryan is an avid sport bike
rider, refining his riding skills every year at the Portland International Raceway. The Track
Day Trainings have allowed Bryan to Race with fellow riders, and instruct others on the track. With
the Advanced Rider Training, and High-Speed cornering techniques, he continues this passion both on
the racetrack, and the street.
Currently serving as a full-time Driving Instructor, he instructs Driver Education Courses, Tactical
Response Academy, Defensive Driving, Behind-The-Wheel, and RV Training. His hobbies include Motorcycles,
IPSC Competition Pistol Shooting, Down Hill Skiing, Hiking, Rock/High Cliff Rappelling, Sky-Diving,
and off-road driving.
