Winston Dillard Fire Department"Tactical Response Academy's training was great. Everyone in my organization, from the 35+ year veteran to our newest probationary employee, came away with something from both the classroom and simulator portions of the training. Having the ability to simulate driving conditions and situations reinforced basic and more advanced concepts. This training has increased our awareness of the risks we encounter and the risks we impose on others while responding to alarms and in everyday driving. TRA presented the material in a positive manner and in a fashion that everyone could easily grasp and understand. We would love to incorporate TRA into our annual training."
