Gary Workman OSP EVOC Instructor, Ret.
Honorably retired after 27 years with the ORegon State Police. Gary was the Department's primary Emergency Vehicle Operations COurse (EVOC) instructor and coordinator from 1995-20055. He was and currently still is a certified DPSST instructor and has taught for many years at DPSST. He assisted in setting up the state Haz-mat response EVOC training after 9/11. He is a certified state of Oregon driving instructor and currently works with DPSST as an EVOC instructor.
